About USINTEC
Established in 2006, the U.S./Indonesia Teacher Education Consortium (USINTEC) is a binational higher education consortium comprised of 16 member institutions. They include 15 U.S. and Indonesian universities and a Southeast Asian regional center. Partners are:

USINTEC is leading efforts to bring together the individual and collective strengths and resources of its member institutions with public and private sector alliance members committed to Indonesian education and teacher quality, broadly conceived. The purpose of the Alliance for Teacher Quality (ATQ) is to develop human resources and build institutional capacity to produce highly qualified teachers through international collaboration and global development partnership.
